No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of spiritual services and the energy involved in casting spells, once a service has been performed or a ritual has begun or been done, we are unable to offer refunds. Spiritual work is a personal, non-tangible service, and the results can vary depending on individual circumstances, commitment to the process, and spiritual alignment.
However, Psychic Muda strives to deliver the highest quality spiritual guidance, and your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with the service provided, we encourage you to reach out, and we will work with you to address any concerns or adjustments needed.

Return of Physical Products
In some cases, Psychic Muda may provide spiritual items such as potions, charms, candles etc. to enhance the results of the spell or healing process. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will arrange a replacement.
Non-returnable items: Custom-made spiritual tools and personalized items are non-returnable unless defective upon arrival.
Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.
